Blissful Natural Balms for Men and Women

A few ingredients and a little know-how and you can create your own natural balms! In this workshop, we’ll explore the bases and oils and produce three scented balms (lip balm, solid perfume and beard balm). Your instructor, Jennifer Dodd, will show you the proper ingredients and techniques and provide a list of resources so that you can continue to make personalized, handcrafted gifts. You’ll head home with packaged products ready for gifting to yourself and others!
Aprons or craft clothes recommended.
Jennifer Dodd is the creator of Jardinière, a natural bath and body product line. (“Jardinière” is French for a lady gardener.) In this workshop, she shares her experience with creating these products and her passion for plants. She is a Master Gardener, a published garden writer, and a college educator with a Master’s in English Literature.

This workshop will be held in The Bungalow @ Heritage Square. It’s across from the Science Center and a few doors down from Bianco’s at 602 E Adams in Heritage Square in downtown Phoenix. The Heritage Garage is conveniently located at 5th Street and Monroe. Workshop guests will receive parking validation for a reduced parking fee.
Bus routes 1, 3, and 7 all stop at Van Buren and 7th Street. Light rail stops at 3rd Street and Washington (west bound) and 3rd Street and Jefferson (east bound).
